Shipping Information
At Orientology, we take pride in delivering the finest tea leaves directly to your doorstep. To ensure our precious teas reach you without any additional hassle, we have partnered with SF Express, a leading logistics service provider in China, known for its high-quality service and reliability. We hope this partnership ensures that your tea orders are handled with the utmost care and delivered promptly to your door. For non-tea items, we select our logistics partners based on the value, weight, and volume of the goods to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective delivery. As we operate multiple warehouses across the country, your order may be shipped in separate packages from different locations to reach you as swiftly as possible.
Shipping Timeframe
Since our products are shipped directly from China, delivery times may be longer. We strive to keep shipping times within 15 days, and we are actively working on measures to further reduce delivery times in the future.
Global Shipping
We offer shipping to most countries and regions worldwide. However, for areas where delivery is not possible, we will cancel the order and notify you accordingly. For details, you are more than welcome to contact us anytime.
Tracking
We will promptly provide you with a tracking number once your package clears customs. Given that our teas are generally shipped by air, you can expect to receive the tracking number relatively quickly. However, for other items that may be shipped via sea, the timing of the tracking number issuance could be influenced by the efficiency of customs processing. Once you have received a tracking number, we recommend tracking your package here. Please be aware that a status of “preparing shipment” indicates that your package has departed from Chinese customs and is en route to you. For items shipped via sea, it's not unusual for updates to take two to three weeks while the package is in transit between customs. We thank you in advance for your understanding and patience during this process.
Shipping Fees
We offer a flat rate of $9.99 on all orders up to 15 kilograms. This covers the costs associated with the high standards of service we demand for our valued customers. If your order exceeds 15 kilograms, please reach out to us via email. We will be happy to tailor a bespoke logistics solution to guarantee the safe and timely delivery of your precious cargo.
Return & Exchange
We committed to sourcing only the highest quality products, and your experience is very important to us. If you feel the quality of our products is less than expected, please contact our customer service within 30 days of your order date. However, we do not accept any returns at this time, all sales are final. As a Safe Quality Foods (SQF) facility, we are unable to accept returns, and we do not honor exchanges or refunds if the issue is a matter of personal taste preference. We do honor replacements or website credit for quality issues and reserve the right to evaluate situations on a case-by-case basis as other restrictions may apply.
